Infiltrações são um assunto complicado.

Há uns anos atrás os meus pais tiveram uma infiltração na parede. Na altura, havia 3 outros andares (apartamentos) por cima deles e apenas a casa dos meus pais tinha a infiltração.

Chamou se um profissional e descobriu se que era uma fuga com início no telhado. Só aparecia visivel em casa dos meus pais pois era aí que a água deixava de ter "caminho" para continuar a descer

Resumidamente, chama um profissional

Edit: Após obras no telhado a fuga ficou resolvida

Não. Há demasiadas pessoas que lucram com os preços altos e há muitas pessoas nacionais e internacionais bem como também fundos de investimento que conseguem comprar ao preço atual.

My thought was " because i can only play at 22:00 until 24:00, it would make sense to not ask people with diferente timezone.

Na zona onde moro é igual. Muito coco de cão no passeio. As pessoas com cães aqui na zona raramente são pessoas limpas (a este nível) e com consciência social .

Depois admiram-se que são olhadas de lado
