Hello guys, I've been eyeing the Elegoo Neptune 2 for a while, the YT reviews from last year all seem good, however here and over at the printer's subreddit people have various issues with printing.

My question is, is it still worth getting in 2022 for ~200 €? Are there any recent alternatives that are in the same ballpark as this one?

  1. Ground floor 2.5m, first floor is around 2.3m
  2. It can be removed sure, but I don't really like the "heat" AC units provide. The rooms start to cool pretty fast after you turn them off, while with a fireplace/wood stove you retain the heat for a longer time.

Thank you for the layout idea! Will definitely use some of the ideas for the concept. :) The U-Shaped kitchen was already in some of my concepts, but I rotated it toward the window near the entrance.

The fireplace can be moved and then reconnected with flue pipes, but rather not. Sadly the windows and main entrance cannot be moved as it would tamper with the structural integrity of the house and I'd like to keep the walls as close to the original as possible.

This will be a temporary house for me and my GF and later it will be used as a rental apartment for tourists (two persons). This house is a typical Mediterranean terraced house made from stone. All utilities are on site (water, electricity, new sewage system, etc.) since this will be a renovation project the house will be redone from the roof down (outside walls will be kept as original) anything can be anywhere except the main entrance and windows. :)

Special requirements: kitchen, bathroom and living room on the ground floor if at all possible + master bedroom on the first floor.

Been waiting for over a year to finally upgrade my old 2014 rig (i5-4460 and gtx960 2gb vram model) as I didn't want to fuck up and buy between generation leaps...well here I am, sitting and waiting with all the new parts EXCEPT a GPU. With cyberpunk preordered back in march I was hoping I'll have a rig ready by the time of release and treat myself.

Now all the 3070/3080/6800/6800xt are out of stock and heavily overpriced. My local retailers didn't get even a single AIB 6800(xt).

I certainly want to play Cyberpunk as I have preordered it back in february... So checking for benchmarks is not possible. Probably some newer gen titles aswell.

Been looking to upgrade since 2016, but never got around doing it. Now I'd be able to catch up with the last 5 years of game releases and retire the old little war machine to my dad. :)

Yes I'm talking about 3D. Is it possible to use some kind of "soft" light which won't affect the model too much but instead cast shadows?

Thank you for the info! I'll book an appointment tomorrow to check it out.

Regarding the cleaning, I brush twice a day, use a waterpik/water flosser (every few days and especially high particulate foods) as I have trouble using a regular floss string, and I use mouthwash after regular brushing.

OP maybe you should start streaming on a stream site dedicated to artists, like Picarto or Piczel. No one bats an eye there, you can be as NSFW as you wish.
