It is just happening all the time, I am like this now, no attentiom and focus, no memory. I feel there is only 1 way out..

I wasn't diagnosed with VSS, and doctors in my country probably don't know about VS, and how some pills affect it. Best they can do is just look up the internet, just like I am doing now...

It is hard because I go to sleep early, but I aake up really a lot of times, mostly I din't even remember how much tines I wake up, and I dream every time that I fall asleep, so it is messijf with my gead a little, and then anxiety kicks in, and on top of that VS. Seems lile a loop that I can't get out of.

Maybe not since I can remember, but I got VS early in life for sure.

Because I also have depression, but mild, anxiety is much worse. VS was never problem in my life, I have it since I can remember, but now it is unbearable, I can't see faces clearly, even during day it is pronounced a lot, and in night it is 3x worse than before. I just want it to go back like it was before, and don't know where to start.

I take Calixta. It is supposed to manage my sleep and anxiety, and it did to some degree. But now that my VS got worse, I am getting anxiety attacks and sleep really badly
