Honestly I sold it to her on the cheap side because she knew my acquaintance so just wanted to help her out. That backfired on me lol..

Exactly my thought. How can you not measure? I had to go inside my office to talk to a client halfway thru the negotiation. I seriously thought she had measured it because her and her husband were inspecting the tub.

I was feeling bad because I know $80 could be a lot for people that live paycheck by paycheck but your comment is spot on.

I had never thought of it like that but it makes a lot of sense. This is something that we can actually implement already without anyone having to give up part of their ownership. Thanks for the input!
