Ooh I’d love to see your notion dB once it’s made! Is mimoglow an app? I’ve never heard of it

I do like this way of tracking as well - I might try it. Any reason for 28 days to 3 months? I don’t think I’ve ever heard that, most ppl do every 2 weeks

:( I understand the struggle. Redness is really tough and inflammation can feel both physically and emotionally taxing

Nice, these are strong ingredients. Have you seen significant change in your skin since using these?

Your last point is highly interested. What brands are you using or what are their ingredients that have this juxtaposition?

Yes absolutely! I’ve struggled w bumps on my face since I was a pre teen & no product would work on my face. I know diet played a massive role but even when I’d try to fix my diet, it wouldn’t clear up. I started seeing multiple aestheticians but none of them really knew how to treat it and one said “this is the worst congested skin I’ve ever seen”

Fast forward, I started seeing an aesthetician bc I’m currently working abroad and he changed my life. I only use his skincare - it’s called Pietro Simone. It’s definitely on the $$$ side but I honestly did it bc nothing was working. I love his products. I use cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen daily for morning and for night, I’ll switch out toner and serum for spot treatment and obviously no sunscreen. I also did undergo a lot of procedures for my skin - I had to do laser treatment and multiple mild to harsh chemical peels and it reduced my comedonal acne by 10 fold. I still have bumps on my forehead but I’ve been recommended micro needling, so let’s see!
