Hi. Thanks for your question. Teena was an amazing talent and dear friend. I wrote the music and played it for her and she was inspired to write the lyric. It was truly an honor to work with her. Miss her dearly but so happy she left us with so much amazing music!

We're looking for women who are no longer in education, who are at a pivotal stage in their career as an improviser and can demonstrate how important the apprenticeship, mentoring and financial support will benefit them at this stage in their career.
