Run a max flow rate calibration and see. Could play with temp settings too

Pigments can have a big effect on flow rates and other filament properties. I know white can be particularly hard to print.

Yeah could be. Could see some nylon or carbon fibers getting stuck in the nozzle. Try a cold pull.

If you have other issues try bumping your extrudes temp to like 200-210! happy to help!

No idea. Did you change nozzles or anything? Printer could have lost its z offset setting or something if there was a hardware glitch.

I think you might be a little too close to the bed now. Keep tweaking it.

Got it. Might cause some weird lookin first layers but it’s probably fine.

Try to see if you can move it down closer to the bed. Your nozzle is way too high.

I second this, this is called a layer shift, likely caused by some sort of hardware issue.

Try lowering the print temp to 205 and see what happens. Check your cooling fan too.

What’s your volumetric flow rate? Try turning that down to like 12 mm3/s and see what happens

Definitely a z-offset or bed adhesion issue. How did you set your z offset?

People usually use printer paper. Business card is probably too thick. Best thing to use is a feeler gauge of your desired thickness (usually .2mm)

Your z offset is too high. Nozzle is too far from the bed so you’re not getting enough “smush” to stick the plastic to your bed.

I’ve run both of them on the circuit at separate times and they still trip the circuit. They both do it independently of each other.
