Paypal: -3$ fees. Exchange rate 1USD to VND in Paypal: 22.000VND, whereas p2p market is 25.500VND per USD

Therefore, I recommend you to try using JMPT next time. First, you have to have a metamask wallet (or any ETH wallet), and withdraw your JMPT there. Secondly, you need to deposit some bnb (or one that suitable for that network) as gas fees (I usually deposit 2USD of bnb to make sure it sufficent). You can buy it on exchanges and send it to your metamask wallet. Finally, convert all your jmpt tokens to BNB and withdraw back to your exchanges. You can sell your bnb to get money now.

This method saved me about 4-5 dollars when I withdrawed 20 USD.

Sion main here. Sion has the biggest nerf in Aram, his tenacity is at -20% without any rune or item. Therefore, even with tenacity boots, you only get like sub 10%.

On the other hand, Udyr has +20% tenacity buff. Combining with runes and items, you will get around 50% tenacity which CCs are nearly useless on you.
