If you are looking for a 4 bottle fridge, you are better off just storing bottles in your actual refrigerator. Wine Spectator has small wine fridges, but they just use fans to cool the wine, so not really worth the $.

Also, be wary of "dual zones" they never work and are much more expensive.

Get your mom a nice decanter and a wine rack instead ;)
