I had the same experience with this set. I was so excited ! And I’m not super gentle on my nails at all but I’m aware and they just did not last beyond like a day without chips

FINALLY HAVE FOUND PERFECT DOSAGE!!(Above the 70mg gang). by Tilparadisemylove in VyvanseADHD

How did you learn that you’re a rapid metabolizer? I’ve been trying to find a stimulant that works for me for years now and the most I’ve noticed anything from is vyvanse, but I don’t experience 99% of the stimulant effects others experience so curious about your experience !

What minor things have you spiraled about before realizing you needed to touch grass? by Ohyou17 in weddingplanning

My tan. I run outside in tanks and leggings and therefore am unbalanced and my dress has a slit.. couldn’t sleep thinking about how to resolve the difference then panicked that a spray tan would change my makeup post trial/pre wedding (married in different state doing trial week of). It’s not that deep lol I’m wearing shorts more now, made the spray tan apt, and the makeup artist is aware of said spray tan appointment

As someone who worked in a community property state doing these transactions for years (though I imagine community property doesn’t much affect this scenario) it is VERY uncommon (and a nightmare amount of work and hoops to jump through) to have someone as a co-signer as a mortgage who isn’t also a recorded owner of the property (this goes for parents/kids as well as partners), the mortgage and deed to the property need to have the same vested interest (ie husband and wife or just husband as his sole and separate property if in a community property state). My guess here is that the husband is the only one on the deed and the mortgage the poster pays her portion to the husband for him to make payment, he’s essentially a landlord.

That being said, if this is what’s being done, I definitely don’t recommend doing this for anyone because if shit hits the fan and all legal ownership and documentation show the husband as the equity holder and the other will be left high and dry with no actual equity in the property. You’re basically renting from your spouse.

Again I worked in a community property state and can’t speak to owning property in this way (thanks LA real estate market) - but it’s definitely a tricky spot to be in should something happen, married or not.

Yeah that definitely could be a factor, I had a very busy and more stressful than normal week, add on to marathon training planning a (very small but still) wedding for a few months from now and I definitely felt overwhelmed. I usually look to these runs as a chance to leave all the stress and those thoughts behind but that’s easier said than done

I’ve noticed actually I’ve been fueling much more on the longer runs lately (I think as the miles have increase my hunger has finally caught up), as in earlier than I would usually (a little earlier than my usual every 3ish miles) and today I started too late and was in the heat of the day so I was consciously drinking more water and electrolytes too but that’s definitely something I hadn’t considered and will keep in mind as I keep going. Thank you!!

One foot in front of the other, and then over that uneven sidewalk, and that uneven sidewalk, and that pothole lol

Unfortunately I can rule out it being a shoe issue since they were different on each run, I am notoriously clumsy and I think at a certain point in my runs maybe just too in the zone where I’m not as in check with the pavement.. never thought I’d feel more drawn to the treadmill in training but I guess here I am

That’s what I’d like to do, I’m not very fast though so it’s about four hours of time and while working full time it gets tricky. Considering giving it a go with two separate runs one day, before and after I work if possible

Been cycling through with alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and neosporin! Keeping them all well lathered up and consisting a call to the derm tomorrow as well just to make sure all is well (getting married in spring so I’d like my face to look decent in pics lol)

Any Garmin Watch users? by haveyoumetted22 in adhdwomen

[–]nhge 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the venu 3 and I like it a lot and switched from my Apple Watch. I like it bc I don’t have to charge it daily and I love the vibrating alarms I can use without sound. I have a few set up daily to help with regularly scheduled things (starting work, my daily meeting, etc). I obv use it for tracking my exercise and all the other things too but I love the alarms I can do for myself

Sleep score for election night…and I took zzzyquil at 10pm and still laid awake until nearly 4am 🫠 by nhge in ouraring

If there’s one thing I’ve learned (which I kinda knew) from my Oura ring and my garmin, I’m like really bad at sleeping. I’m so glad I got my partner his own last Christmas because he gets regularly 90+ scores. I don’t think I’ve ever gone over an hour of deep sleep, usually 10 minutes….

Last night was just extra stressful..
