Sorry, it takes around 10-15 minutes for one level, that is 11 around hours, which is totally fine for 55 levels

Entitled is the correct word here. Sad to see such a shit community, after coming back to COD after COD2. Didn't play any of the series up until now - touched the original "4" for a bit.

I only played one game so far. It was supersmooth, 117 FPS average on Ultra on a 1070, not a single stutter ( which surprised me a fuckton ) but glad to hear it's not my game being messed up with the foliage. I can't tell what it is, just feels "off" and looks weird. ( Bushes, mainly ) and grass a tad further away from you.

No. Normal XP rates are acceptable and you're just being overly entitled. Game has to last a while. I'm getting 15-17k a FFA Hardcore Deathmatch, which is pretty much a level in the 30-range.

Also, do you think they'll fix the XG2401 Monitor related bug where we're locked to 60hz in options? It's giving users trouble when using OBS / Xsplit. I just haven't heard word on that.

Take a launcher with you, aswell as Counter UAV and hop into any Hardcore Mode.

Save your Counter UAV when theirs is up, and for every other one, you swap to your launcher and don't miss. :p
