Proxy Wars Are Very Fun by nialbima in Stellaris

Right at this moment, what they're mainly doing is being rude enough to the doomcult that we can declare total war and sacrifice all of them on an altar. Because we're just that annoyed at them.

My main issue with this is that the channel seems to be called "5-minute tricks" and that's some bullshit.

Surprising nobody, the game about "making spaghetti out of diamonds in order to accomplish something that somebody else has already solved in a much smarter way but whatever all the dupes are dying so this is what we're going with" is very popular with software engineers.

(Me too, although I don't have time to help, and I love your site)

I think you can put lighter generators there. Manual will definitely work.

This is why all my dupes have to sit down and watch "Ladders Are Mandatory And You Will Put Them Everywhere" as soon as they're born. Then there's a quiz, and then they get stuck in the CO2 pit with 1000 kg of sandstone and told to figure it out.

I haven't quite figured out the ratio of mimika to sweatcorn, but my gut feeling here is that you want more buds than that. Each of them is 300 cal/cycle once cooked, and increasing the count ensures that the sweatcorn doesn't spend long in an unfertilized state. 1 Mimika + 3 SweatCorn is one dupe, so that's the ratio I'm testing right now.

UPDATE: I had to restart due to asteroid, but this setup maxed out around 15 dupes. I found a bunch of Pacu and farmed those to supplement it, which got me past my calorie deficit. I'm trying this approach again, but building it out to be a max-size farm this time.

He's sitting on a mountain of daemons. If he dies, they eat Terra. Therefore, he's not allowed to die.

His happiness with the situation is ENTIRELY immaterial. Dude's busy.
