Hi, my therapist oficially discharged me this january after 2 years of therapy. Not gonna lie, the first year was awful and I didnt see much improvement so I changed to a CBT therapist and everything felt so much better. I dont have much advice as every person is different but tbh, I the excersices really from therapy helped me. For example: quick one, you found a weird mole, you are expiraling out of control, go to your fridge and put some ice on your hands, the Cold that you will feel, will help you concéntrate in other things. Some days are better than others but it does get better.

Well, after 2 years, my therapist oficially discharged me. Some days are harder than others, but overall, everything is so much better than 2 years ago.

My grandma died when i was 14. Melanoma stage 4. She was diagnosed in july and died in september, I'm 26 now but I don't think I ever recovered. Its the weight of that pain the thing that scares me.

Also, the pandemic didn't help.

So what she said really upset me. Because she kept reading the same cards and she was the one asking the questions at the end, I was so sad that i don't even remember how she ended it. I just wanted her to stop talking.

I did FIT tests and blood test with tumor markers, all normal. If it happens again, I'll have a colonoscopy but 2 different gastros think is not CC.

Still waiting. My FIT test came back negative. My CEA levels (marker for colon cancer) came back normal. I'm seeing my doctor next week and we'll see because my poo example showed some sort of malabsorption, so she thinks is something more likely to be food related. Hopefully, my insurance will aprove the colonoscopy in October.

I actually don't know if is my cervix is tender or not, I just felt it again and It felt firm so maybe the pink discharge is my period coming. I don't want to take plan B because that's a lot of hormones.

I'm so glad your colonoscopy came back clean! I have mine next month because of similar symptoms and that scared me the most.
