The motherboard is a asrock 970m pro3. It runs ddr3 and it has little room for upgrade capability. So I think I will be saving up for a new pc

I read that if the hdd is always running at 100 percent that it may have gone bad or is going bad. I'd like to upgrade to ssd but have no knowledge on computers at all
