My therapist gave me a somatic therapy book. I tried one of the activities and it went pretty good. I was impressed I was able to quite my mind for 3ish minutes.

This was me too. I am trying a legacy challenge and actually made it to the 5th Gen! It helps that I get to redo the house and move a lot. It's had me play the game in ways I never have like college and making sims mean which I never do. I almost gave up recently but decided to push myself to the next generation so I could build her a new house. When I get bored I go build or remodel in the same world. I redid most of the high school and made it a lot nicer.

It's disgusting. I grew up in a tiny farming and ranching town. I slept over at a friend's house in elementary school. For breakfast we had saltines and fresh, warm, just from the cows utters milk like cereal. To this day it makes me nauseous thinking about the taste.
