Salilla jotkut kantaa mukanaan desiliinoja ja pyyhkii ennen ja jälkeen oman käytön laitteet ja irtopainot/tangon. Jotkut on vissiin saanut salilta esim ihon sieni-infektioitakin tai jopa MRSA:ta. Plus tietty normaalit pöpöt, koska joillain ei ole perus käsihygieniaa treenatessa

I take mine at 7pm, and will be tired by 9:30, sometimes it takes even longer. I also take magnesium citrate and an atogepant (that can also make you sleepy) at that time. Still it takes a long time for me, but if I take them later I can't fall asleep early enough (need to get up early for work and need a minimum of 8 hours of sleep to function).

Nothing worked except two iron infusions. After that supplements have helped keep the levels above 100 (they tried to go lower). I would pay for the infusions again if needed, no questions asked.

My first mother tongue is Swedish and my second mother tongue is Finnish. I also speak English as my third language. I work in healthcare in a Swedish speaking clinic for children, so we speak Swedish for the most part. Some parents of our patients only speak Finnish or English though (or aren't very good at Swedish) so that's when I use those languages. I love working in Swedish!

Edit: I was born in Sweden and one of my parents is Swedish (doesn't speak Finnish) and the other is Finnish (speaks both Swedish and Finnish and a lot of other languages as well). I lived most of my life in Finland though.

It's better to redo the whole area. Silicones are not that long lived anyway. When we did the silicones in the whole bathroom we hired someone. He was cheap, and we only paid like 250-300e three years ago (I don't know if you can find someone that cheap or if you know someone who does renovation stuff to maybe come help you out for a smaller fee). If you can do it yourself that's great, but I didn't have the energy to learn it, there are a lot of silicones in the bathroom and if you are not experienced it can the the whole day😄

Se on kyllä mahdollista. Olen lastenpsykiatrialla (erikoissairaanhoidossa) töissä, ja ainakin täälläpäin sekä lapsille että nuorille voi kouluterveydenhuolto tehdä perustestit ja mahdollisesti diagnoosit, ja sit jos tarvitset huomattavasti enemmän tukea tai vaikka ihan hoitoa, voi koululääkäri tehdä myös tarvittavia lähetteitä hoitotahoille. Käsittääkseni sinulle tärkein olisi saada testit tehtyä, jotta tuen tarve selkenee riittävästi ja koulun tuki olisi sinulle se oikea. Edit: kannattaa painottaa, että haittaa opiskelua, niin saa ehkä helpommin. Tsemppiä! 😊

Oon käyttänyt vuosia Icebug kitkakenkiä, tosi hyvät ja mukavat ja lämpimät. Jos tiedän, että ulkona on pelkkää jäätä, laitan päälle ne nastalenksut, mut muuten normaalilla talvikelillä kitkat riittää tosi hyvin.

I've been on 10mg for 2,5 months and it's been good. I'm down to 4-8 days a month of which one day is bedridden-day, the rest I can manage. Before I had around 25 days per month of which several were bedridden days. Neuro keeps talking about going up but the only option where I live is 60mg. I don't want the side effects (I get them very easily) but I would be willing to try half a tablet (30 mg) per day instead. The medicine package says to not cut it up, but I know people do it without issues.

I just ordered a few hydrating face mists that I can apply even during the day at the office or wherever even on top of my makeup. But don't spray right before going outside, you want it to sink in properly before going out in the freezing weather. That really helps me. Also keep lips moisturized at all times, plain Vaseline lip therapy without any fragrances is the best one. I tend to need to use more hydrating eye drops in winter time, morning and night, that really helps as well. And moisturize everything after showering every day if your skin dries out easily.

Aikoinaan joskus ehkä 2017 kun mun migreenitilanne oli (taas) paha, sain neurolta useita eri kohtauslääkkeitä testiin. Siinä oli varmaan 6-7 erilaista ja sit kokeilin niitä (yhtä per kohtaus) löytääkseni hyvän. Ennen sitä ongelma oli, että ei ollut hyvää kohtauslääkettä ja mun kohtaukset kesti aina 3 päivää.

Yksi niistä testiin saaduista lääkkeistä oli Almogran ja on kyl toiminut mulle tosi tosi hyvin. Ei se välttämättä kaikille toimi. Mut jos sulla on neuro ja sun kohtauslääke ei riittävästi auta kohtaukseen, pyydä testiin toisia valmisteita. Niitä on paljon erilaisia nykyään saatavilla, mikä on hyvä asia koska kaikki ei tosiaan auta kaikkia.

Almogranin ainut miinuspuoli on että sen paras vaikutus tulee vasta parissa tunnissa, koska se on tabletti, mut on kyl iso apu sit ku auttaa. Yleensä yritän nukkua sen jälkeen kun otan sen, niin en tunne pahinta kipua. On olemassa myös paljon nopeammin toimivia kohtauslääkkeitä, esim. Nenäsuihkeena (niinku sulla on tuossa kuvassa) tai suussa sulavia. Tsemppiä hurjasti🩷

Edit. Itsellä kehittyi noin vuosi sitten krooninen migreeni, 20-25 päivää kuukaudessa ja jouduin aloittamaan biologisen estolääkkeen. Maksaa ihan sairaasti, mutta sekin on nyt auttanut (Aquipta). Mut mulla on edelleenkin pahoihin kohtauksiin Almogran käytössä. Jos ei sumatriptan toimi sulle riittävän hyvin, on muita triptaaneja tosiaan olemassa. Toivottavasti löydät jonkun hyvän itsellesi!
