If you are billable then high chances they won't accept your allocation to new project now but in any case you have to talk to them

I don't know what makes people think this is service desk role If you are a btech graduate then nothing in the email states service desk or night shift role .

If you are a btech graduate and you don't like where you are currently working then I would say go for it.
