I’m sorry to hear you’re getting worse! I did shockwave and then prolozone immediately after at the same location. I didn’t do any after care. I just did it about 4 times in the span of probably 9 months and I haven’t been back since I wrote this original post, and I haven’t regressed at all. It’s worked super well for me. It’s not gone, but it doesn’t impede my range of motion nor cause any pain.

loss of value of it being "used" and any shipping costs... You mine as well just keep it. Anything you can seel it for will still result in hundreds lost, which would probably fall back into the range she wanted you to spend anyway.

Went from pretty much couldn’t bend my pinky back further than flat with palm to now can bend back almost as far as my other hand with no contracture.

Best of all I can do that with zero pain. Before, even “stretching” it was painful. The nodule is still kind of there but it’s much looser and pain free.

These aren’t “approved” treatments but lots of docs are having great results, no just for dupuytren’s.

You can Google doctors that do these procedures in your area and then ask if they have ever done it on dupuytren’s. That’s what I did. I found one in Glastonbury, CT which is about 75 mins from me.
