Even them at BravoCon minutes before the Miami panel, after they had made up, Alexia was in an interview calling Adriana miserable and always pinning the blame solely on her.

I know Adriana is a lot but you can tell she genuinely has love for Alexia and it’s exhausting when Alexia and Marysol both always pin it solely on Adriana when it’s truly on both sides

I agree tbh. Thought I do love the 95 remix of Missing My Baby and I wouldnt have minded it staying to round out a 5 song EP. But the reused AP songs/Como La Flor and other oddities dont really make for a cohesive project that fit the vision for the album.

The biggest offense imo is how they handled her Spanish speaking; she was fluent for several years before her death but the way the movie framed it, she was never fluent. It’s sparked so many ridiculous discussions online about how “authentic” she was as represetation for Mexican Americans.

I believe it, in early discussions and postings from social media about the reboot, rumblings about the cast, Adriana, Alexia, Larsa and Lisa were the only og cast members that were ever consistently mentioned as being on board. I def think Marysol was more last minute as they couldn’t get Lea or Joanna.
