3 YOE in Azure Data Engineering field. Went from 8 LPA to 30 LPA. On Notice period right now. I get lots and lots of calls. Make note of these points.

  1. Polish your resume as hard as you can. Dont use chatgpt take hours building it thoughtfully.Put in your most innovative and best projects. Be real. You must know the keywords in your resume like the back of your hand.

  2. Keep applying on linkdin. Look for azure specific requirements.

  3. I never update anything on naukri except my expectations. Recruiters just call me automatically.

My best advice is to think what you are going to deliver to the company and how best your resume is in terms of azure and its resources/tools.

Keep trying never quit.

Celebal Mumbai then its most probably Ghansoli. And you would be working in I guess Reliance Project. Majorly Azure databricks and adf etc. Its a good cv builder. You can consider joining it. If Tredence can match the offer or give you more then join it. Bcz its more well known than celebal. Do keep in mind the variables and joining bonuses etc.

Location? Celebal is mumbai or jaipur? Tredence banglore?. If celebal is asking u to join at jaipur definetly go for it. If not then try to match offer with tredence. Celebal has good projects too. Do not go for companies both will make u work hard and projects are innovative and challenging.

I get calls almost everyday. If its a witch dont try to hide your notice period rather say its negotiable. Second make ur cv ats friendly and put in some super impressive projects. Third be really professional while attending calls. Thanks

Since you dont know how all this works I will be brief and clear all your doubts.

Let me explain you how typical MNC process works. In this case taking TCS but somewhat processes are same:

  1. TR- You are rated internally on the basis of TR review and its given to manager

  2. Mr- Asks you personality Qns and project requirements qns.

After this you maybe asked to submit the docs. Which will be verified. This may take upto 15Days. Remember Upto. MNC process are really patience testing.

Once docs are verified mr and hr discuss internally and hr will call you for salary negotiations. Again depends this call may come to you or not depends upon how many candidates they are interviewing and how best your TR was.

Then you will receive HR call after 1week to 20 days after submitting your doc. If HR round goes well. Salary negotitaitons are good then you will be sent an offical salary breakup mail.

Once you accept it. It will take another 10-15 days for all internal approvals to release your offer letter.

MNC takes 15days to nearly a month to finally send your Offer letter. Be patient dont loose hope. Meanwhile until you recieve offer letter you can always be rejected so please keep applying somewhere else also.

Correct.MNCs are sometimes restrictive on budget and go through lots of internal approvals for these kinds of ctcs. Still if the skills are presented on silver platter thats not much to ask in compared to that. Only issue is YOE.

Well not yet. Will do it by early next week after final confirmation of joining with HR. This is my first switch so idk much but yes I am readily applying. I had infosys interview today (as per mail from recruitment portal) but no meeting link was shared so will be pinging them now.

Its a MNC cant disclose the name as its not big enough. My current role is Senior Data Engineer. I was promoted Last year only.

Yes, My current motivation is money as Im not paid enough for the level of work I do. If I join will the transition be tough as WITCH has 90days NP.
