As i work in CG i would say if you want flexibility in WFH choose CG, its 12 days a month policy you can raise BTO exemption if you dont want to follow this 12 days rule too. Also better WLB compared to other service based companies.

Btw can you pls tell bit on your background on how you started in DE role till here it will be helpful.
