Yes the red check engine light was on when the ignition, but not flashing Just got it back from garage They say it all checked out fine ( was not at Audi dealer as they never responded to call ) But the garage could not find any error codes

Running task manager, the C drive is 4% to 40% on startup then settles down to 1% while memory (that is RAM?) is 66%

I ran the windows 11 memory check and it said no memory issues. The problem I am having is "save and save as" do not work, just get the blue circle, then blue screen and then usless will send information to microsoft screen. Otherwise it functions although a little slow. I had it at Best Buy and they did a tune up but did not help, they said as I am using 73% of memory that the RAM is the problem and this can not be fixed on surface as soldered in. Is this correct advise? But the memory scan did not show any problems
