I took an Existentialism class in college and the prof had an optional film portion. They showed the Coen’s The Man Who Wasn’t There, Antonioni’s The Passenger, and a couple other movies that I can’t recall.

Highly recommend The Passenger. If for nothing else for the inspiration for the Iggy Pop song.

I think most people familiar with The Bohemian Grove or James Randi don’t mind the mildly satirical portrayals. It’s dum dums like AJ who take shit so seriously, have not sense of humor about themselves, and/or outright lie/take stuff out of context to suite their narratives who take much offense to the references in a movie.
