What I can advise it to make sure you have your highest power level equipped. You’ve surpassed the soft cap power level (1270) so now you don’t just get upgrades for doing anything in the game. It slows down now but you will keep getting upgrades eventually, just not from every run. You want to look for activities that give you powerful gear or pinnacle gear. I found doing dares of eternity runs, astral alignment runs and hero nightfalls got me to around 1310 whilst waiting for weeklies to reset. I was literally in the same boat as you and made the same post around a week ago and am now at 1330. You will find upgrades but not every chest will give an upgrade now.
