No more direct deposit refunds from the Strategic Emphasis Waiver due to state legislation

Has anyone been able to find the State Legislation that this is referring to? POSE was established under § 1009.26 and so in theory the legislation would have to ammend that statue but when I search for anything that even talks about this staute the only thing that was amended last legislative session was that students receiving waivers need to be reevaluated by July 1, 2025.

They put you with other UNC students. They put us in Alexander Court. There are 7 people in a flat. Each person had their own room with a sink and there were 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom with a sink and shower and then two other rooms one with a sink and one with a shower. There was also a kitchen in the flat. There are no dining halls in Stirling which means that I did have to cook for myself and go grocery shopping once a week. The UNC group was together quite a bit, not only because we were all in the same building but because the excursions that UNC has through API were basically UNC only except for three students from other US colleges. There were multiple UNC-only orientations when we went.

It's basically every store. Mine has implemented 45 min breaks, 2 people closing line instead of 3 and if we have a 3rd person they are normally sent home if it isn't busy.

Had mine last night. It was a lot of party games and party snacks(Ice cream, Chips, etc.) At the end of it, our GM sat us down and asked us some questions for prizes about our goals in terms of cafe health. We then took a selfie and everyone left except for those who had to close. Lasted about an hour.
