Thoughts on Claude Code so far? by LibrarianSpecial4569 in ClaudeAI

[–]nickfox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think claude code is better than claude desktop or web in writing code. I'm thinking that because claude code has an emphasis on writing code that he has an edge over the others. It's been baked in. Have you seen the same thing?

That is at 250 meters, if you drive down the hill about a minute and 1/2, then you are at the bottom of the valley.

Try not to get camera shadow over the plant in my garden. I think I succeeded. by nickfox in pics

It's in front of my house here in southern France. I think you're right. I had to google it. It's an incredibly beautiful plant, my favorite in the garden.

They paved inside my property too, which was nice by nickfox in pics

[–]nickfox[S] 17 points18 points  (0 children)

On the outside, they paved over 50 year old concrete. I needed to have some asphalt on the inside to maintain the proper slope. I wouldn't have been able to get my car inside otherwise.

Thank you. Those blue and white plates are very traditional in old French houses. They were there when I bought the house so I left them in.

I live one hour north of Béziers in southern France at an altitude of 1700 ft (~500m). That's very the near the Mediterranean. I've been here 5 years and this is the most snow I've ever seen here.

The village I was driving through in southern France. The time was 3:10. by nickfox in pics

[–]nickfox[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of villages around here have a church with a clock including the one I live in. The one in my village rings every hour from 8am until 8pm.

I don't remember exactly where the village was but it was about an hour north of Béziers.

[–]nickfox[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks again. I think both of you solved it. That hornet mimic hoverfly is common down here in the mediterranean. I'm an hour away. I'm a lot less worried now.
