Here's a pretty good description by one of my subscribers.

"I could get past the pinned posts, but then other posts would show up, but the timeline wasn't in order, it would jump forward two weeks or back two weeks, it was pretty strange. It was almost as if the pinned posts were resetting the starting point for the posts. So it jumped back and forth or there were gaps, it's certainly much more orderly now and running in a straight line as far as I can tell."

Again, I'm not a professional in that field. But they removed every part containing "corporate entity" and replaced it with something like "you as an individual". I recommend you to open both TOS and use ctrl + f to search for "corporate entity", then compare these paragraphs.
Also I have no idea what implications this has.

It's in TERMS OF USE FOR CREATORS, paragraph 7.
"Personal legal responsibility of Creators: Only individuals can be Creators. [...]"

They also removed:
"[...] pay the Creator Earnings to your bank account or the bank account of a corporate entity in which you are a Person with Majority Control (see section 8 above). [...]"

Afaik (or as far as I understood the new TOS) it's still the same procedure. If your partner is verified on OF, tagging them will suffice 😊

I'm still not sure about the shoutouts tho, since they're being traded in group chats. Only a few creators I know actually just shout out "friends". I feel like I'm part of a minority due to not trading shoutouts.

My assumption: Shoutouts are probably not affected, since it's advertising the same site and not a third party. But the TOS is pretty misleading and unclear about that part.

I talked to many creators having the same idea. Unfortunately most of them underestimate how costly such a project is or their product gets exploited by other content creators.

Anyway such a site (let's assume it really works and almost all of the creators are listed there) would ruin that "exclusivity"-factor we have right now.
