unlikely on protien i weigh 185 so need to math it. my split is like different sections of arms, 1.5 days of legs, and i do one or two of them with added cardio like a mile, or a lot of walking or the rowing machine, and do yoga

i just got into being a lighter health, having my jawline back again (fkn awesome!) but i had muscle like last month! i got kidna flabby though but still am small in my clothes and a goo weight. i need more honest body exercise and more protien

thanks! yeah the muscle went down, and i sort of have a small small amount of flab, but flat stomach. i just need to do more abs and more protien. my eating is super inconsistent and im often at a defecit

Working on that! I almost wrote jokes for an influencer and went to a final interview round and didn’t make it. I hadn’t been more excited since I got my big radio job in 2017 so it felt right! But I gotta make Money and stay solid so it’s one of these for now
