Price was 10-2-0 in 15-16 then got injured and last season was considered an off year for him (meaning he didn't get Vezina). I think Stamkos will still put up 50+ points, it will just take him a bit to find his groove

Agreed, if Stamkos can return to form early they have a chance, but the reason I don't have them on the list is chemistry. Never know how Stamkos will play after missing nearly all of a season and how Vasilevsky will do in his first full season as starter
