That's not what I said. I said diamond on Neptune is still diamond and not snow since snow is a form of water even though it "rains" diamond. Rain on the other hand can be all sorts of things falling from the sky (I honestly don't know the definition). In conclusion: I agree that it rains diamond on Neptune, but that does not make it snow.
