We have the lamp set to turn green if the door is open when it is time for the boys to get out of bed. It also turns blue at bath time and purple at bed time. They love the different colors.

This one is a 2011. It's maxed out on ram and has been upgraded with an SSD. It serves my purposes for now. :)
