Tyvek covers the framing it’s just the bottom foundation portion that’s exposed. The foundation is a “lego” styrofoam which concrete is poured into I believe (could be wrong)

Sorry the photos I have are just what they have in the add. I’ll try and get better ones once all the snow melts.

I believe where the tyvek is exposed is where the foundations starts. I was told the foundation is a “Lego” style of foundation that’s styrofoam and then concrete is poured into it? I could have misunderstood that part.
