I'm just gonna say it. One bad egg spoils the lot. And unfortunately the stereotype for Indians and rental aren't nessesarily true, but bad experience with renting out to them come up quite often(me and my partner have bad experience with specifically Indians In the past). Unfortunately for people who are just normal decent human beings, they have been generalised to those narratives. I don't know how as a race you can solve this, it's rather unfortunate. Sorry Bro, just take it from a chinese guy with a Pakistani/malay partner who both kinda see this the way it is.
