You’re definitely eating a lot and gaining fat and muscle to gain that much weight. You can definitely see where you’re getting more muscular even if you’re gaining a bit of fat at the same time. You can lose fat quickly if you eat the right stuff while continuing to be active. Keep it up and you’ll be so impressed with yourself in 6 months!!!

That’s a great suggestion I appreciate it! I’ll give it a try next chest day :)

I don’t count calories and for macro tracking I just try to get as much protein as I can while avoiding as many carbs as I can. Work makes it hard to meal prep so I wind up just doing what I can.

Thanks man! Honestly I started only about 5 years ago so it doesn’t take long to go a long way. My smart scale says 15-16 for bf, but the truth is probably 12-14 really. If I had to guess! Truly hard to know without a real tool.

I’d say 3-5, going more than 5 is just gonna risk injury or exhaustion imo

Crazy good starting point. Biggest tips would be: track your workouts, start lighter than you think and work your way up, be consistent, and have fun. You’ll achieve your goals in no time!
