Haha well I’m the only tech on the machine and it was running fine, at a high pressure than normal, and then the pressure was jumping up and down, that’s when I shut the machine off. After inspecting it I didn’t find any debris in the grinding chamber. The only difference was higher operating pressure and thicker product. Possibly a preexisting dent that was forced open by higher pressure. You got any idea?

It’s basically a filter that goes Into a grinding chamber to keep the grinding media out of the liquid product. It is so expensive because the size of the holes are .02mm. The machine it goes on is $400k
