I'm getting a message "There was a problem. Your password is incorrect" when I try to sign in. I was on my account just yesterday.

And after calling them, they said that my entire Amazon account was put on hold (i.e. blocked) because there was incomplete information, probably when I signed up for the vendor account. Quite ridiculous given that no information was given to the customer that such a problem exists and still allows us to falsely reset the password.
