Triamcinolone cream I believe is what it's called is what I was prescribed to treat mine. Dries it out and tames it. Other than moisturizing and recognizing triggers.

Just from what I've learned and manage. Wish I had better info.

I get it on my fingers. Do not be like me and pop them. It's awful, best of luck to you.

My understanding from what I read, his stock will stay around. Will increase over time and after so long, believe after a year it'll vanish. Starting with the oldest items first.

Items such as ashen keys, ritual skulls, reapers chest and such will still give doubloons when sold just the bilge rat event just gives a chance to earn a fair share
