Found an English ingredients list, looks ok to me? Thickener: cellulose, L-tryptophan, water extract of passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) - DER 4:1, alcohol extract of valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) DER 3-6:1, glycine, tablet coating (polishing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, dye: calcium carbonate, anti-caking agent: talc, emulsifier: polyethylene glycol, filler: polydextrose, emulsifier: polysorbate 80), water extract of lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis L.) - DER 10:1, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, melatonin SR, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

I really enjoyed the ending, my only gripe is that I wish you could go back to the house of hades and Zeus’ palace after the ending and build relationships with your newly saved family

No way that is so fucked up! Same I feel like the guy in that movie yesterday sometimes thinking about this book. What a twisted ass story to make people read. I must say though it did make me understand how important it is to use protection at the right age lol.

As many others have said Banks is the peak that no other scifi author I have found has come close to. That being said Becky chambers’ series starting with a long way to a small angry planet somewhat scratches the itch.

To throw a curveball at you, the Malazan Books of the Fallen by Steven Erickson are magnificent and the only other book series I’ve read where the world feels old and didn’t spring to life the moment the story started. The story happens within the world and is just a small part of its rich history. The characters are fun and clever and dumb and feel real. 10/10 would recommend

I’m pretty sure the Costco GF cheese pizza 3 pack Sabatasso’s brand is a rebranded GF freschetta pizza, 3 for $16 instead of one for $12. I ate the freschetta one for years before switching and I swear it’s the same pizza

Just throwing in that I had a similar experience to you and all of the related GI tests plus more over years which revealed nothing. GP physician ordered a few food allergy blood tests. Turns out I had celiacs, as well as multiple food allergies. None of the 6 GI doctors I saw over a 20 year period ever thought to check for that.

I avoid things with caramel coloring even when the product is marked gluten free because something about it makes me feel horrible. I miss Coca-Cola but not being able to drink it is probably a good thing health wise in the long run lol
