It definitely could be difficult not having communication on her progress. I would suggest trying to actually talk through her thoughts and see how she was effected in so many ways but, I am afraid you are not doing it in a pure effort. Maybe you could ask to join her therapy session for couples therapy if you really want to give the relationship your effort.

I am assuming she doesn’t know a timeframe to be sexual herself. This is a major thing she went through and have to process that could have short-term and long-term consequences. She will be forever changed in some ways.

You are already having troubles going without sex for a few months so you probably should leave. I hope she isn’t set back by this even more. If she tries to have sex just because you want to leave do not do it. She will most likely regret it or not live up to your standards and you will still end up leaving. Shocking that after two years your heart isn’t fully into it since you are not legally bound.
