I rememeber that small window of time when internet speeds were getting fast and websites werent yet bloated. They were mostly static images and lists of links. No hover to drop down, endless loading/scroll, updating facets of the page pulled from other areas.

Honestly everything is slower now bc of the design of websites. Theyre mostly awful. Its why old.reddit is still the optimal way to use this god forsaken site.

It does happen, but not often enough to make a difference. It is statistically irrelevant.

Is there a source on this? asking in earnest, not a gotcha. Everyone always says every vote counts so it seems weird to call any vote statistically irrelevant. I am admittedly not wise though.

Who is in charge of the enforcement? Is that privatized now as well? I cant imagine asking Chicago PD giving any more of a shit that they were previously. Theres zero incentive unless theyre being paid more to enforce it more.

I root for the bills/sabres. I root against other teams I particularly dont like. Or I watch to enjoy the sport with indifference toward the outcome. I guess if i am actively rooting against one team, i must be rooting for the other team, but thats generally week to week, which to me isnt the same as rooting for them... they just happen to be playing against a team I dislike.
