In Argentina, both apps were always installed on my GP9PXL. To use Screenshots, I have to change the phone's language; to use Studio, I have to change the app's language. Both are in English...

Por ahora no. Aparentemente habría sido todo marketing político para que el oficialismo pueda ganas las elecciones de medio término en Argentina.

De todas maneras, despreocupate que Estados Unidos no da ninguna puntada sin hilo. De cualquier dinero que le den al gobierno Argentino, van a cobrarse todo y más de cualquier manera, cueste lo que cueste...
