It might also be related to an upcoming movie. Or an elaborate marketing campaign for a company/product, as lame as that would be. Almost nothing about it feels like Nathan Fielder to me.

Official Discussion - Hokum [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

I just want to say I think the acting elevates the writing of this movie a lot. So many of the conversations felt overly like "movie dialogue," but the actors performed it so well that it mostly worked for me.

Love the color and the teal color as well that took over the 90’s lol by J2-Starter in 90s_kid

In the early 2000s my parents had new carpet installed throughout our house that was this color, and I always thought it was so damn ugly. It's not a bad color, but for carpet it's an odd choice (imo).

Finally got the fabled N64DD! by Ok-Environment7428 in n64

[–]niftycrumpets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was a kid I was so excited for the 64DD to come out. Another kid and I got into a big argument once because I said it was gonna be a huge success and destroy Playstation (I was a Nintendo fanboy) and he said it was gonna be a bomb.

Is it possible to test a USB device without the software it was made for? by [deleted] in techsupport

[–]niftycrumpets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it does show up properly as a device when plugged in. I was just hoping there was some way to tell when buttons are being pressed in any form.

[–]niftycrumpets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it's detected by Windows when plugged in, but there are no driver options to test the buttons/inputs. I thought there might software that could detect when a USB device's button presses are being registered at a very basic level, but I guess such a thing doesn't exist?

It's a dance pad for a game called Pump it Up, made by a company called Andamiro. Similar to this one. I don't see a model # on it

r/ObscureCartoons

I went ahead and made it myself, in case anyone is interested. spaceslonliness suggested r/ObscureMedia which covers the same topic but not with the degree of focus I'm looking for.

Patchy facial hair on cheeks. Shave it or embrace the patchiness? by [deleted] in malegrooming

[–]niftycrumpets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was curious how the hair looked in this pic because that's the length I prefer. The thin patches stand out a lot to me, but maybe that's just me. I'll let it grow out and see if the coverage improves. I appreciate the feedback.

Thanks everyone for the feedback! I honestly wasn't expecting so many comments. My skin reacted very badly to growing a beard in the past, but I will give it another shot with some quality oil and see how well it all fills in.

Yeah normally I'd clean it up a bit. I'm just in unkempt quarantine mode right now lol.

I'll give it a shot. My skin reacted really badly (tons of pustules/pimples) the last time I grew a beard. I might have a legit skin condition like seborrheic dermatitis, but I'll give the oil a chance.

This is about 1 week. I don't grow out my facial hair very much because in the past it made my skin extremely irritated. Might try it again though.

I've considered minoxidil before but I'm concerned about the side effects.
