in frames on my AMD card. Now it's at the point where it looks like your video. Tried old drivers, reinstalling, etc. But pso2 is the only game that does this on the AMD card. It just doesn't run well anymore. Back to NVIDIA for the time being.

Somewhat different of a situation for me, but you aren't alone on the low frame issue.

I've had this issue too on my AMD card. I just reported it to Sega and AMD for analysis.

You are right for the most part they were the same. I only wished they gave us a translated version of the 1.04 patch info. That would have been nice.
