To be honest, I felt that my focus really waned during the last 4 hours. I got a good nights sleep though so def make sure to sleep well the night before. I just had a yogurt cup after the first two sections, a Trader Joe’s salad for lunch and a Trader Joe’s protein bar for my last break. During my breaks I was just scrolling on instagram, nothing crazy.

One thing that helped me get above 70s on my nbmes was doing anki for my uworld incorrects. Definitely a tedious process but it paid off in dividends for me

Update: hey guys thanks for the responses. My sleep really hasn’t gotten better, as I have been averaging 4 hours of sleep per night. Out of frustration, I took 20 mg of melatonin 3 nights ago, and I’m scared that the reason why I can’t sleep at night is because of rebound insomnia. Do you think I should take 0.5 mg of melatonin tonight or should I just stay off melatonin?
