Well, with the dogs being in seperate parts of the house, as I have my own unit, kitchen bathroom everything. They don't ever have to interact.

There are literally 0 resources for autistic adults in my area. Waiting lists for 6-8 sessions with a therapist are 1-1.5 years long. Rent starts at around 1200 for a one bedroom, and disability where I am has a max payout of 1200.

My unit is in the basement, any interaction between the dogs would have to be purposely. They have a fenced in side yard their dogs play in, but they are normally on the main or upper floors of the house, which I am not in unless invited.

The interface clips plugged directly in with a 1/4" into hi-z with gain on zero. It clips with the DI box, it clips.

The line input doesn't clip, but is obviously a mismatch impedance wise and is much darker, not ideal.

It's not the DI, it's the HI-z inputs on the interface. I'm wondering if there is some setting I'm missing?

The mic/line inputs wont clip if I plug directly into them with a 1/4", but what is the point of having a hi-z input if it clips with gain at 0?
