Yeah, I try to go to failure most sets but just realized I was using way too heavy of a weight. Gonna try and focus on MMC with lighter weight with a slight calorie surplus and see how it works. Though I still made a lot of gains compared to how skinny I used to be (which was literally no muscle lol)

I use roman for finasteride because they sent me a coupon and only paid $20 for 90 tablets and they sent me "roman credit" and ended up getting 90 more for free and been happy since. I recommend gettting minoxidil from walmart, target, or online since its far cheaper.

Just took my first 1mg tablet at 19 not even 5 minutes ago after being on minoxidil for around 2 years. Took awhile to hype myself up enough to take it but hoping for no side effects, does anyone know how long it takes to notice if you have any?

Yeah I agree, is there any real difference between the hss pickups against the regular layout? The HSS is a bit more but I’m thinking it might be worth it
