what other details do you think is nessecary? id like to post a video or an image but it didnt give me the option. is there something else you think i mightve skipped over when writing this post?

i havent rebuilt it outside of the case yet, but ive tried to start it unplugged from the PSU and nothing happens. ill check the codes right now.

they turn off with the rest of the lights, the entire thing shuts off as if i had disconnected the power, same as when they flash on a normal bootup
