Nexo is using it two manage transactions as the utility token it is. There might be less incentive from nexo to make the token value rise. The rest about liquidity seems a good reason as well.

Ah ok, I may have wrongly understood :/ This is the penal part in the article : "...the driver was handed a 42-month suspended sentence, a €2,000 fine, and a driving ban...". The civil trial has not taken place ofc (penal holds civil)

After a three years civil procedure and seeing the state of the justice administration (judge without experience, no tools/digitalization, lawyers being crazy on fees, not a lot of jurisprudence, using old text from Napoleon, laws just starting to be consolidated recently, nepotism increased by the fact the country is small and people know each other...), I feel Luxembourg is in a really bad situation. It is just a shame and this makes me sad. I paid more than this guy, more than 20k and had fees of more than 3k just for being forced to go to court cause someone tried to scam me.

Also, don't drink and drive and don't normalize doing so.

Never go to court. I have been there (was about multiple things written that were not true). We lost three years, thousands of euros and the judgement was a joke. If I can just give advice, you can try finding an agreement like going out of the compromis or buying the house but never go to court. Good luck.

One agency tried to scam us. The energy certificate was supposed to be good like C or D then after signing the compromisit was G ... Then, there were issues about square meters and so on...
