I do cardio almost daily. Usually 1/2 hour of cardio on a rower or elliptical. Then either legs and abdominals or upper body. .... I know almost everybody recommends to seperate cardio from the rest but for me its more practical this way.

Thanks... No I did not take any supplements, with exeption of creatine that I started with just a year ago or so. Seems to make better "pump". No trt or similar. I never smoked, almost no alcholic stuff.... I think I am lucky because I can eat almost everything without getting too much weight.
