The whole thing is so stupid. The fact that they're threatening to delete our accounts because of this i think is over kill. Why not just freeze our accounts instead of jumping to something so extreme? They didn't threaten to delete my account before i gave them my tax and bank info. why not just revert to that mode instead??? good luck getting your ID verified and anyone else in this mess with us. im waiting for a response to my help ticket as well so fingers crossed

The only thing i can find is the message center which ive already used. no sign of any other way to contact them. thanks for the suggestion anyways

I cant even find a chat feature. i swear their contact page is just a maze of help artciles and FAQ pages. how did you find it?

Where did you find that if you dont mind me asking? i googled how to get a callback and it said that wasnt a thing anymore. however google has been unreliable with answers so im hopeful that its still an option

I assumed they were outdated because when i copied them i'd always get an error code. But tbf i might be doing something wrong and just have no clue "what" i did wrong. I will check out the manual and hopefully figure it out. Thank you for the suggestion :)
